Booking a home is simple and straightforward. Select your preferred property, choose your check-in and check-out dates to check availability, and click “Book Now.” Complete the booking form and submit your request. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the booking.

The number of guests staying in a property must not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the property advertisement unless previously agreed upon with us in writing.

Most properties are occupied, and we respect the privacy of current guests. However, if available, we can share a video tour of the property to help you make your decision. Please contact us to request one.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

Payment instructions will be provided once your booking request has been approved.

  • Check-in: From 1:00 PM onward
  • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

This allows our team enough time (approximately two hours) to clean and prepare the property for incoming guests.

Access depends on the property:

  • Digital lock properties: Your access code will be sent one day before arrival.

  • Key handover properties: The host will meet you at the property, provide the keys, and show you around.

Cleaning fees may be included or listed separately depending on the property. The full price breakdown will be displayed before you confirm your booking.

Pet policies vary by property. Please check the property listing or contact us to confirm whether pets are allowed.

Some properties require a minimum number of nights, particularly during peak seasons. This will be displayed on the property listing during the booking process.

Booking Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Yes, you may cancel your booking at any time by contacting us via email. Your booking will only be considered cancelled once you receive a written cancellation confirmation from our team.

To avoid additional charges, please notify us as early as possible.

  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund

  • Within 14 days of arrival: 80% refund (20% administrative fee applies)

Refunds typically take 3–14 business days, depending on your payment method and your bank’s processing time. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during booking. You will receive written confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Date changes may be possible. Please contact us with your request, and we will check availability with the property owner. If your requested dates are unavailable, your original booking dates and terms will remain in effect.

Possibly. Prices vary throughout the year depending on demand and seasonality. If you change your booking dates, the rate will be recalculated based on the new dates.

Yes. To transfer your booking, please email us with the full details of the new guest. Please note that the lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
